Managing cookies
You can control cookies in several ways:
-
Use our cookie banner to accept, reject, or adjust categories that are not strictly necessary.
-
Adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies.
-
Use platform specific opt outs for analytics and ads.
Blocking cookies can reduce site functionality.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt out of selling or sharing for cross context behavioral advertising where applicable. Standard Do Not Track signals are not consistently honored by industry, but we aim to respect clear user choices.
7) Third party cookies and tags
We work with trusted providers. These parties may place their own cookies or receive IP address and usage data when tags load on our pages. Examples include analytics, A/B testing, advertising, anti fraud, conversion tracking, CRM, and email tools. Their use of data is governed by their own policies. We do not control their cookies. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Review their privacy notices for details and opt out options.
8) Log files
Our servers record standard logs. Typical entries include IP address, browser type, ISP, timestamps, referring and exit pages, and click counts. We use logs to operate the site, investigate incidents, and understand trends. We do not merge logs with direct identifiers unless needed for security or legal purposes.
9) How we share information
We share personal data only as needed to run our business.
-
Service providers. Hosting, analytics, email, CRM, project and collaboration tools, payment and security vendors under contract.
-
Ad and analytics partners. To measure campaigns and reach the right audience, where allowed by law and your preferences.
-
Professional advisors. Legal, accounting, or security, under confidentiality.
-
Legal reasons. When required by law or to protect rights, safety, or service integrity.
-
Business transitions. In a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to safeguards.
We do not sell personal information for money. For United States privacy laws, some uses may be considered sharing for cross context behavioral advertising. You can opt out through our cookie settings or by contacting us.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAMA is not liable for any loss arising from third party code, outages, platform changes, or misuse by others.
10) International data transfers
If data is transferred outside your country, we use lawful mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses and additional safeguards where required. You may request a copy of the relevant transfer terms.
